Time in SoVA

Last weekend, we headed down to Portsmouth to go to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. D went on her first ride! Twice! It was very cold...finally!

D and I matched today. We both wore our heart for Mother Earth on our sleeves. My mom snapped these pictures during morning naptime.

I made a totally from scratch apple pie! Apples picked by me, crust a la Martha Stewart. And all while wearing an apron and my skinny jeans! I feel just like Bree Hodge.

Pumpkin Patch

Delilah got to experience mama's favorite fall place. Cox's Pumpkin Patch! It has really grown since I went there as a kid. We saw baby animals and went on a hayride. It will be even more fun when she can do the slides and corn maze.
